The Latch
The latch system used in our galvanized system is incorporated in our stainless steel system. The latch bar and catch provide the security required for your kennel system. The features of this latch system have proven to be reliable. The functionality of this latch system continues to be the mainstay of our gate units.
The Clamping System
The 16 gauge clamping system incorporated in our stainless steel system creates a rigid kennel system. The rigid materials used to produce each panel, combined with the clamping system results in unsurpassed durability of the entire system.
The Stainless Steel Grid
The grid work of our stainless steel system is composed of 3/16” stainless steel rods . The vertical rods are 1 1/2” on center and the horizontal rods are 4” on center. These rods are spot welded at each intersection. The spacing and spot weld at each intersection provides the durability required for your kennel system.
Resting Platforms
The framework and bracing of our resting platforms are made of full weight stainless steel tubing. The resting surface is 1/4” durable, textured, ABS plastic. The resting platform shown in the picture to the left is a swing-up platform. These plat forms are often used to prevent access to the trench drain. If your goal is to simply provide a place up off the floor for the animal to rest a free standing unit might meet your needs.
Trench Covers
These stainless steel trench covers prevent the dog from accessing the drain area. The 16 gauge construction of these units provides the durability required for many years of heavy daily use. The trench covers swing up to allow easy access during the cleaning process.
Double or Single Bowl Inserts
These feed and water bowls are built into the gate units to provide easy access from the aisle of your kennel facility. The above picture demonstrates the double bowl insert.. Our single bowl insert features the same design and is often used in conjunction with automatic waters. Single bowl inserts are also used in outside exercise runs to provide water for the animals as they play and exercise. These efficient units feature a swinging pendant design which holds the bowl in place and prevents spillage by the dog. The durable design and easy access makes the bowl inserts an efficient accessory to your kennel system.
Double or Single Bowl Doors
These bowl doors provide an additional safety feature to our bowl inserts. Depending on your facility size and practices, these bowl doors may be of service to your facility. These units are often used in facilities where the feed or water bowls may be removed for an extended period of time,. These doors are designed to block the opening, that is normally used for the feed or water bowl, when the bowls are removed. When the bowls have been cleaned simply lift the sliding portion and insert the bowl.
